I'm a leadership coach, consultant, and strategic program manager with over a decade of experience helping leaders and organizations build the clarity they need to perform at their best.
My work spans two worlds, enterprise-level program strategy, where I design knowledge management frameworks, quality standards, and operational systems at scale, and intimate community-centered coaching, where I bring those same tools to small business owners and leaders who are building something meaningful from the ground up.
